Delete Your Sniper Knives Account

This page explains how to delete your Sniper Knives account and the information CDX Studios LLC holds about it.

How to Delete Your Account

• In the game: open Settings from the main menu, tap Delete account, then tap Delete forever. Your account is deleted right away.
• By email: if you can’t open the game, email developer@cdxstudiosllc.net with the subject “Sniper Knives account deletion”. Include your player name, your platform (iPhone, iPad or Android) and roughly when you last played. Never send passwords or payment card details.

We may ask for a little more information to confirm the account is yours.

What We Delete

• Your game account and its device identifier
• Your player name and profile
• Your statistics and leaderboard entries
• Your friends list, friend requests and invites
• Your Game Center or Google Play Games link

After deletion, the next time you open Sniper Knives it starts as a new player.

What We Keep

• Purchase records: we keep the store transaction records needed for tax, accounting, refunds and fraud prevention, but they are no longer linked to your account. Skins and outfits you bought stay tied to your Apple or Google account, so you can restore them on a new Sniper Knives account with Restore purchases in the store.
• Server and security logs (for example, IP addresses and connection times) are kept for no longer than 90 days.
• Backups may hold data until they are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.

Deleting your Sniper Knives account does not delete your Apple or Google account, and it does not refund purchases. Refunds are requested from the store you bought from.

Timing

Deletion in the game takes effect immediately. We complete email requests within 30 days and reply to confirm.
