This page explains how to delete a Drones vs Hunter game account and the associated personal information held by CDX Studios LLC.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account in the game or by email:

1. In the game: From the main menu, open Options, tap Delete Account and confirm. Your online account is deleted right away.
2. By email: Email developer@cdxstudiosllc.net with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

If you contact us by email, please include your generated player name or game account ID, the platform you use (iOS or Android), and the approximate date you last played. This helps us locate and verify the correct account. Do not email your password, full payment-card number, Apple or Google password, or other app-store credentials.

We may request limited additional information to verify that you control the account. We will not require more information than reasonably necessary for verification.

What We Delete

When you delete your account in the game, or after we verify an email request, we delete or deidentify information associated with the account, which may include:

• The guest game account and its identifying association;
• Generated player name and online profile;
• Game progress and settings stored on our servers;
• CDX Studios-managed cosmetic entitlements associated only with that account; and
• Match or gameplay records linked to the account, unless retention is permitted or required for the reasons described below.

Account deletion is permanent. After completion, we may not be able to recover your account, progress, or CDX Studios-managed entitlements.

Information That May Be Retained

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security investigations, transaction records, tax or accounting obligations, dispute resolution, enforcement of our agreements, or other legal requirements. We may also retain aggregated or deidentified information that can no longer reasonably be linked to you. Backup copies may remain until overwritten during ordinary backup cycles.

Apple and Google independently maintain app-store accounts, payment records, and purchase histories under their own policies. Deleting your CDX Studios account does not delete your Apple or Google account, remove information controlled by those companies, cancel a subscription offered by another provider, or automatically create a refund. Refund requests must be submitted through the store that processed the purchase, subject to its rules and applicable law.

Timing and Confirmation

Deleting your account in the game takes effect right away. We generally complete verified email requests within 30 days. A different period may apply when permitted or required by law. For email requests, we will send confirmation to the email address used for the request when deletion is complete, unless doing so is not reasonably possible.

Requests for Children

Drones vs Hunter is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe a child under 13 created an account or provided personal information, contact developer@cdxstudiosllc.net. We will investigate and take action as required by law.
