CDX Studios LLC (“CDX Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) makes the mobile game Bunker Brawl for iPhone, iPad and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information Bunker Brawl collects, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have, including how to delete your account. CDX Studios LLC is a Texas limited liability company and is responsible for the personal information described here.

1. Information We Collect

A. Your game account

Bunker Brawl does not ask for your real name, email address or phone number. The first time you open the game, it creates a guest account for you automatically. For that account we collect or create:

• A random device key and secret, made by the game and stored on your device, that let your device sign back in to your account;
• A game account number;
• The player name you choose (names are public to other players and must follow our naming rules);
• If you are signed in to Apple Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), your Game Center or Play Games player identifier, so your account, name and friends follow you to a new device.

B. Online play, friends and leaderboards

When you play online, our servers process:

• Matchmaking and battle data: your selected outfit, bunker and color, the commands you send during a battle, and how the battle ended (your place, wins and bunkers destroyed);
• Trophies, wins and other battle statistics, and your rank on the worldwide leaderboard;
• Your friends list, friend requests you send and receive, and the players you recently played with.

Other players can see your player name, outfit, name card, title, trophies, wins and rank, and whether you are online or in a battle if you are friends. Bunker Brawl has no chat, voice or messaging between players.

C. Purchases

Bunker Brawl offers optional in-app purchases (gems, the Starter Pack and the Battle Pass). Payments are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive your payment card or bank details. We may receive the product you bought, transaction or order identifiers, receipts or purchase tokens, and purchase status, so we can deliver and restore what you bought. Each purchase carries an anonymous identifier derived from your game account so a purchase can be matched to your account.

D. Technical information

Like any online service, our game servers receive your device’s IP address and connection information (connection times, app version, platform and protocol version), and keep short-lived server logs to run, secure and troubleshoot the game and to prevent cheating and abuse.

E. Information kept only on your device

Your coins, gems, unlocked outfits and bunkers, quests, Battle Pass progress and settings (sound, graphics, vibration) are saved on your device. Removing the app removes this information from the device; purchases can be restored through the in-game Restore button.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Bunker Brawl does not collect your precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone input, health information, or advertising identifiers. Bunker Brawl contains no advertising and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. We do not sell personal information.

3. How We Use Information

• To create and keep your game account and sign you in;
• To run matchmaking, online battles, friends, leaderboards and trophies;
• To deliver, verify and restore purchases;
• To keep the game secure and fair, and to prevent cheating, fraud and abuse;
• To fix problems and improve the game;
• To answer support, privacy and deletion requests, and to meet legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

• Other players see the public profile details described above.
• Service providers who host and run our servers (for example, cloud hosting) process data on our behalf under contract.
• Apple and Google process sign-in (Game Center, Play Games), payments, refunds and purchase restoration under their own privacy policies.
• Legal and safety: we may disclose information when required by law or to protect players, CDX Studios or others.
• Business transfers: information may move with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Your device key is stored only as a protected hash on our servers. Gameplay traffic between the app and our battle servers is not encrypted in transit, so it does not include sensitive personal information. No system is completely secure.

6. How Long We Keep Information

• Account, name, friends, trophies and leaderboard data: while your account exists. They are deleted when you delete your account.
• Server and security logs: generally up to 90 days.
• Purchase, tax and accounting records: as long as the law requires.
• Support emails: up to three years after the request is closed.

7. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your Bunker Brawl account at any time in the game: open Settings (the gear icon on the main menu), tap DELETE ACCOUNT and confirm. This permanently deletes your online account, player name, friends list, recent players, trophies and leaderboard entry. You can also ask us to delete it by email; see our Bunker Brawl account deletion page. Deleting your account does not cancel or refund purchases made through Apple or Google.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to appeal our response. To make a request, email developer@cdxstudiosllc.net and include your player name. We may need to verify that you control the account. You can also contact your local data-protection authority.

9. Children

Bunker Brawl is intended for players aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

10. International Users

CDX Studios is based in the United States, and our servers are in the United States. By using Bunker Brawl, your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the game or the law changes. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date.
