This page explains how to delete your Bunker Brawl account, made by CDX Studios LLC, and what happens to your data.
Delete your account in the game (fastest)
- Open Bunker Brawl.
- On the main menu, tap the gear icon (top right) to open Settings.
- Tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
- Tap DELETE to confirm.
Your account is deleted right away. You need an internet connection to do this.
Or ask us by email
Email developer@cdxstudiosllc.net with the subject “Bunker Brawl account deletion” and include your player name. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We complete email requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your online game account and its sign-in key
- Your player name
- Your friends list, friend requests and recent players
- Your trophies, battle statistics and leaderboard entry
- Any link to your Game Center or Google Play Games profile
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase and transaction records needed for tax, accounting, refunds or disputes, for as long as the law requires.
- Server and security logs, for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted.
- Progress saved on your device (coins, gems, unlocked looks, settings) stays on that device until you uninstall the game.
Deleting your account does not cancel or refund purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, and it does not delete your Apple or Google account. After deletion, opening the game again starts a brand-new account.
