These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and CDX Studios LLC (“CDX Studios,” “we,” “us”) about your use of the mobile game Bunker Brawl and its online services (the “Game”). By tapping Accept & Play or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Who Can Play
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Game only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your Account
The Game creates a game account for you automatically. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. Your account is personal to you; you may not sell, trade or transfer it. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → DELETE ACCOUNT or as described on our account deletion page.
3. Player Names and Conduct
Player names are visible to other players. You agree not to:
- choose a name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, or impersonates another person or CDX Studios;
- cheat, use bots, hacks, modified clients, exploits or any unauthorized software;
- interfere with, overload or attack our servers or other players’ experience;
- reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Game, except where the law allows it;
- use the Game for anything illegal or to harass others.
We may rename, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, and we may reset trophies or rankings gained unfairly.
4. Virtual Items and Purchases
The Game includes virtual currency (coins and gems) and virtual items (such as outfits, bunkers, name cards, titles and the Battle Pass). Virtual currency and items are licensed to you for use in the Game only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred or sold. All items are cosmetic and do not affect gameplay strength.
Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Except where the law requires otherwise, all purchases are final; refund requests are handled by Apple or Google. Limited-time items, discounts and events may change or end at any time.
5. Online Services
Online battles, friends and leaderboards need an internet connection and our servers. We work to keep them running, but the Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Game, including online features, at any time.
6. Our Content
The Game, including its code, art, sounds, music, names and logos, belongs to CDX Studios or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment, under these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CDX Studios disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. CDX Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, virtual items or progress. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
8. Ending These Terms
You can stop using the Game and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as virtual item rules, disclaimers and limitation of liability) continue after termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless your local law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
10. Apple and Google
These Terms are between you and CDX Studios only, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game. If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make important changes, we will ask you to accept the new Terms in the Game. Continuing to play after accepting means you agree to the updated Terms.
