This page explains how to delete your Dodgelings account, made by CDX Studios LLC, and what happens to your data.

Delete your account in the game (fastest)

1. Open Dodgelings.
2. On the main menu, tap the gear icon (top right) to open Settings.
3. Tap DELETE ACCOUNT and read what will be deleted.
4. Type DELETE and tap DELETE FOREVER to confirm.

Your online account is deleted right away (this needs an internet connection), and your progress on that device is erased. The game then starts fresh.

Email developer@cdxstudiosllc.net with the subject “Dodgelings account deletion” and include your gamer name. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We complete email requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your online game account and its player identifier and sign-in token
• Your gamer name
• Your friends list and friend requests
• Any link to your Game Center or Google Play Games profile
• When you delete in the game: your progress on that device (sparks, crystals, unlocked heroes and outfits, Blast Pass progress, best times and settings) and your recent players list

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase and transaction records needed for tax, accounting, refunds or disputes, for as long as the law requires.
• Server and security logs, for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted.
• Scores on the Game Center leaderboards are stored by Apple; you can manage your Game Center data in the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

Deleting your account does not cancel or refund purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, and it does not delete your Apple or Google account. Non-consumable purchases (the Starter Pack and the Cosmic Pack) can still be restored later with RESTORE PURCHASES. After deletion, opening the game again starts a brand-new account.
